TZ NYC App is a tool designed to assist fitness club members in monitoring and storing their workouts even when they are not at the club. This application allows trainers to review all member activities, enabling them to offer personalized support for improving performance, weight management, and fostering a healthy lifestyle.
The app is compatible with various chest and arm-based TZ heart rate sensors providing precise cardio frequency-based effort tracking during individual training sessions. The real-time monitoring feature enhances the competitiveness and engagement of workouts, thereby increasing member motivation and fostering a collaborative workout environment.

<li>Monitor your workouts: The TZ NYC app offers real-time data on your workout sessions, enabling you to adjust your effort levels to align with your training objectives. You can track metrics such as your heart rate, HR training zone split, workout duration, and calories burned.</li>
<li>Record and upload your training to the cloud: Automatically syncing each new training session with your TZ account, the app provides comprehensive reports on your progress. It offers detailed daily and weekly analyses of all your workouts.</li>
<li>Club rankings: If you thrive in competitive environments, explore the Club rankings feature for insights into sessions, calories burnt, TZ Performance Points, and more. It allows you to track the monthly progress of yourself and your friends.</li>
<li>Club activities: Access a list of Club activities to sign up for or join the waiting list. Credit purchases and subscriptions for Club activities can be made directly through the TZ NYC app.</li>
<li>Integrations: The TZ app seamlessly integrates with Apple Watch (watchOS 5 or later) and leverages heart rate data retrieved through Apple Health when paired with the Apple Watch.</li>

*Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
