The app is compatible with various chest and arm-based TZ heart rate sensors providing precise cardio frequency-based effort tracking during individual training sessions. <li>Record and upload your training to the cloud: Automatically syncing each new training session with your TZ account, the app provides comprehensive reports on your progress. It offers detailed daily and weekly analyses of all your workouts.</li>
<li>Club rankings: If you thrive in competitive environments, explore the Club rankings feature for insights into sessions, calories burnt, TZ Performance Points, and more. It allows you to track the monthly progress of yourself and your friends.</li>
<li>Club activities: Access a list of Club activities to sign up for or join the waiting list. Credit purchases and subscriptions for Club activities can be made directly through the TZ NYC app.</li>
<li>Integrations: The TZ app seamlessly integrates with Apple Watch (watchOS 5 or later) and leverages heart rate data retrieved through Apple Health when paired with the Apple Watch.</li>

*Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
